You and your refers to the person to whom goods are sold by us.

Goods means any jewelry or goods ordered from our website.

If you are buying goods for commercial purposes (not as a consumer):

3. Terms of the Contract
When you order, these terms will cover the contract between us. We might change these terms from time to time. The new terms will be effective on new orders received after the update.
In case of any inconsistency between these terms and our website, these terms will prevail.
No contract is concluded until we accept your order and send out the goods. We are not bound to accept your order and can cancel it if we cannot deliver it.
4. Product Description and Pricing
We do our best to make sure that product prices and descriptions on our website are correct.
The price displayed at checkout will be the price charged. If we discover a pricing error before we accept your order, we will let you know and give you the choice to accept the order at the correct price or to cancel it. If prices rise after we have accepted your order, you can cancel the order.
5. Delivery
We will deliver the goods to the address you give during the order process.
6. Faulty Goods
Faulty goods are goods that fail to conform to the description of the contract. Faulty goods exclude damage caused by wear and tear, accidents, negligence, misuse, or unauthorized repairs. If you get faulty goods, inform us right away
7. Returns and Cancellations
If you must return goods (for instance, because you've had a change of heart or got faulty goods):
- Ensure products are properly packaged and marked with our return address.
- You are liable for damage in transit because of improper packaging or if you organize your own transport.
8. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for any delay or failure to perform as a result of events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, etc.)
9. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any loss or damage:

Our liability shall be limited to twice the amount of the goods ordered.
