• It takes 2-3 business days to ship depending on where you are located.

2. Order Shipment

• After your order has been dispatched, you will be provided with a tracking number by email to monitor the status of your delivery.

• Delivery is possible in Kuwait and overseas, depending on the area.

3. Cancellation Policy

• Note that once your order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

• We advise you to check your order thoroughly before you complete your purchase.

4. Shipping Fees

• Shipping fees are determined at the time of checkout based on your delivery location.

• Free shipping will be provided for specific promotional orders or orders with a minimum certain amount.

5. Delayed Shipments

We do everything we can to fulfill delivery within time, yet circumstances like the weather or supply chain issues outside of our control can delay things. We inform you of material delays as soon as we do.
